Welcome to Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions.
We are a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) providing mortgage services to fellow Credit Unions.
NMS helps credit unions offer a competitive mortgage product to their members with a competitive interest rate and low closing costs. In return, credit unions earn income from the sale and servicing of the member’s loan.
Once the loan is sold to Fannie Mae, we do not sell the loan to another investor. We service the loan for the life of the term of the loan.
What We Offer
NMS offers fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgage loans. The terms of mortgage range from 10 years to 30 years. We offer Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for those with less than 20% down.
We also offer Home Equity Lines of Credit, Home Equity loans, Construction loans and a Rural Development loan with zero down.
Credit union members work with their credit union loan officer and NMS teams from application through processing, underwriting, closing, servicing and loan payoff.
The member has the ability to make their monthly mortgage payment at the credit union teller window.
To enhance the mortgage product offerings for all Credit Unions, be it owners or affiliates, by way of the diverse mortgage products offered and by keeping each Credit Union’s mortgage origination and servicing income in the communities they serve.
